Terms & Conditions

I have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The information provided to SD Learning is accurate and true; and if any of the information changes, I will inform the provider in writing.

2. I understand that my child’s attendance should be regular and that I will inform SD Learning of his/her absence if they are unwell or due to unforeseen circumstances in advance.

3. I agree once a course has been purchased, that I am liable for the full course cost, even if I decide to discontinue the course and understand the full course amount is still due as per agreed payment method - in full up-front with the deposit or a monthly payment plan. Where these terms have been provided, continued attendance at the course constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, whether this form has been signed.

4. I agree that a late payment fee of 10% of the total invoice amount will be issued and added if the invoice is not paid within 7 days of its due date.

Course Fees and Liability

Once a place has been booked, the person or organisation making the booking is liable for the full course fee. If a child is absent for one or more sessions, withdrawn or discontinues the course, the full course fee remains payable in accordance with the agreed payment method. Continued attendance after these Terms and Conditions have been provided constitutes acceptance of these terms, whether or not a signed consent form has been returned.
